Make growth
a habit.
For Mushdose, we shaped the subscription strategy and supported its launch. The goal: build a loyal customer base that keeps coming back.

They buy.
Will they come back?
When growth depends mainly on new customers, you have to win it again every month.
Mushdose had an opportunity built into its product: a coffee made for a daily routine. But regular consumption does not automatically become regular purchasing.
We helped the brand bridge that gap with a subscription proposition that gave customers a clear reason to join and continue.
How do we make the next purchase feel natural?
A subscription built on
commercial strategy.
Our contribution was to connect the decisions. One-time pricing, subscription benefits, formats and promotions needed to support the same customer choice.
A benefit that holds up.
We worked on the relationship between one-time and subscription pricing, alongside offers in automations and the loyalty programme. If an occasional discount makes subscribing less attractive, the offer itself gets in the way of repeat purchasing.
The decision: design the incentives together and monitor the response to pricing after launch.
An offer built around a routine.
The programme offered three monthly formats, with distinct quantities and prices. The structure helped customers choose a supply that matched their consumption and understand the benefit over a one-time order.
The decision: start with how customers use the product to shape the offer.
A commitment people can understand.
Communication also explained the option to pause or cancel. We supported the launch through messaging, creative and the purchase journey, addressing friction that emerged during the campaign.
The decision: make the commitment clear and follow what actually happened in the store.

Strategy, made tangible.
| Monthly format | One-time purchase | Subscription |
|---|---|---|
| 1 pouch | €28 | €25 |
| 2 pouches | €50 | €44 |
| 4 pouches | €100 | €75 |

Strategy lives in the connections: each decision should strengthen the next.
From strategy
to what customers see.
A programme comes to life through customer choices. We also worked on communication: explaining the price change, making the product distinctive and placing it within a routine.
Explain the price change
Make the move to new pricing explicit.
Give reasons to choose
Bring out what makes the product distinctive.
Make it part of a habit
Connect the product to a daily ritual.
A selection of campaign materials. Results relate to the programme as a whole, not to an individual creative.
A new way
to grow.
The programme reached the market. Subscriptions became part of the brand’s sales.
The launch opened a path beyond one-time purchases: a structured offer for customers who want to keep choosing Mushdose. A first step towards the loyal customer base the programme was designed to build.
From here, growth depends on renewals, customer longevity and value over time.
15.3%
of sales recorded by Shopify came from subscription orders¹

How to read this result
¹ Share calculated from sales classified as “subscription” or “one-time” in the Shopify report, after discounts and returns, over the stated period. It includes initial subscription orders and renewals. It is a share of sales, not percentage growth or monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
The launch period documents initial adoption. Measuring changes in customer value, margin and longevity requires subsequent observation.
Your next growth opportunity
could be after the first order.
Not every store needs a subscription. Every store needs to understand what makes a customer buy, return and choose it again. These are the questions we start with.
